It’s 1992, Rastafarian DJ Dread is the founder and producer of the long running Pirate Radio Skankdown show. Having had a constant battle with the broadcasting authorities who won’t grant him a liscence and the Babylon watching his every move, he has devised a plan. He flees England with his now sophisticated mobile equipment put together by his brother the electrical genius Rude boy Winston. Taking with him the whole cast of Punks, Teds, Mod’s, Rockers, Hippies, Skinheads, New age Travellers and a wannabe Hells Angel.
